Terms and Conditions

This agreement is a contract between ("you") the customer and Fluid Liquor Queensland ABN 92 071 132 726 acting as an agent for Kylmarc Pty Ltd ABN 92 071 132 726 (www.fluidboutiqueliquor.com.au) 61 Targo St Bundaberg 4670.

Orders are processed and distributed by Kylmarc Pty Ltd.   Orders are transmitted from our Queenslander Hotel General License at 61 Targo St Bundaberg License No. 41102171.

Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place orders for alcohol.   Fluid Boutique Liquor encourages the responsible service of alcohol.

Purchase Orders and Delivery of Goods

To purchase goods from fluidboutiqueliquor.com.au you must nominate a location for delivery and pay the amount for the goods plus any delivery fee that is applicable.   fluidboutiqueliquor.com.au will decide on areas available for delivery on each orders merit.

Orders

You place an order with fluidboutiqueliquor.com.au by any of the following means:
a. Nominating goods via the website at fluidboutiqueliquor.com.au, entering your personal details and confirming the order.
b. Nominating goods and phoning an order through to customer service and providing your personal details.
c. Nominating goods and faxing an order through with your personal details provided.
d. Nominating goods via email and providing your personal details

Authorised Receipt of Goods

Any person receiving goods must be 18 years of age at the time of delivery to receive the goods. Fluid Liquor Queensland may ask for proof of age before goods will be released.

Delivery Requirements

Fluid Liquor Queensland is required by law to give written instructions to the person responsible for delivery of the liquor, requiring that the liquor be delivered to:
a. The adult person who placed the order, or
b. Another adult person at the premises who takes responsibility to accept the goods on behalf of the person who placed the order.
